After the birth of our first son, I left behind a journalism career and started teaching others how to enjoy and share their family memories through scrapbook albums. We connected our stories and hearts over messy scrapbook tables laden with paper, stickers and photos. Later, we’d use computers, too.
Today, I still encourage people to focus on these acts of emotional wellness through my work as a Personal Photo Organizer.
But in the past several years, I’ve widened my focus to include more aspects of holistic health, from nutrition, movement, and sleep, to stress management.
